How Easy & Convenient?
- Pick the gun you like, we have thousands to choose from.
- If your local Clements Firearms Warehouse has it in stock, you’ll see that you can either pick it up today or tomorrow (depending on what time it is when you’re ordering). If not, you can also click “Check Nearby Stores” to see the nearest location that has it on hand.
- If no Clement’s stores near you have it, or you don’t want to drive that far, just click “Add To Cart” & continue shopping or checkout. It’ll be shipped to the nearest Clements Firearms location when you select it.
- If you don’t have a Clements Firearms Warehouse in your area, select your local participating FFL (if no local FFL dealer is listed, please call our Customer Service at info@clementsfirearms.com. *Note: firearms can only be shipped to a certified FFL.
- Review the purchase & shipping details in your order & click “Checkout.”
- Enter your payment & billing info & click “Place Order.”
- You’ll get confirmation emails about your order & shipping status so you know when it’s time to come off the mountain. (Make sure you bring along proper ID & the card you used to pay with, for more info see our Gun Purchase Terms & Conditions.)
Is It Legal?
Buying a firearm online is completely legal, as long as you’re following all the state and federal laws like we do. When you’re getting a gun, ammunition, knives, or certain other items online from us, you’ll notice a section called “Restrictions Apply” (right under “Add To Cart”) where you can learn more about any particulars for the item in question. General Restrictions
There are some restrictions to buying a firearm in general, and those apply to online ordering. The rules vary based on whether you are purchasing from a gun store or conducting a private transaction; at Clements Firearms, you’ll be purchasing from a gun store. Here are a few things to be aware of:
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun, and at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun.
- You are not permitted to purchase a handgun for someone else.
- Some items have restrictions that vary by state. These will be listed on each individual page.
- Some individuals are not allowed to own firearms or ammunition. This may be impacted by your criminal record, ongoing legal issues, mental faculties, citizenship status, and military history.
