Berger Bullets Classic Hunter 300 Winchester Magnum 185gr JHP Centerfire Rifle Ammo – 20 Rounds – Berger’s 300 Winchester Magnum 185 Grain Classic Hunter is a modern twist on a classic hunting round. The 300 Winchester Magnum has been a long range favorite for years and continues to be a staple cartridge for hunting game of all sizes. The magnum stopping power of this cartridge allows effective long range shots at the cost of slightly more recoil than non-magnum 30 caliber cartridges.

The 30 Caliber 185 Grain Classic Hunter bullet is where the magic of this round comes from. This bullet features a specialty hybrid shape which was designed to maximize bullet BC while keeping the bullet relatively short in comparison to other hybrid bullets, which allows it to feed through magazine fed rifles effectively. This gives you the highest performing bullet in its weight class that can shoot out of standard factory hunting rifle with a magazine. Many customers have also reported great success shooting this round out of semi-auto platforms such as AR style hunting rifles.
